Found this article by chance, and find it very useful. Self discipline is important and I have had trouble with it for years. I find it easy to discipline my actions when it is something I enjoy, but I have to really concentrate when I am working at something more difficult.
I think people look at individual areas of their lives not realizing that you need to work on the whole rather than parts. Thanks for an interesting read.
